WRIDDHIMAN SAHA- 5/10
Wriddhiman Saha might have made just 29 runs in the series, but his wicketkeeping was amazing in both the Test matches. Especially in the day-night Test, he proved why he is called the best wicketkeeper in the world at the moment, as he dived and collected balls that moved after going past the stumps. The highlight of his amazing skills was the brilliant one-handed catch of Mahmudullah in the first innings of the Kolkata Test.
R ASHWIN- 5/10
R Ashwin was the only spinner in the Test series to pick up wickets in the series. His best was 3/42 in the Indore Test match, where he picked all of his 5 scalps.
RAVINDRA JADEJA- 4/10
Ravindra Jadeja didn’t manage to pick any wicket in the two-Test matches but scored a brilliant 60* in the Indore Test match to help India stretch their innings.
ROHIT SHARMA- 3/10
After the high of the South Africa series, Rohit Sharma seemed a bit down on luck and managed just 27 runs in the two-Test matches. He will, however, be remembered for an amazing one-handed catch in Kolkata Test.
