Ankit Rajpoot

Ankit Rajpoot has been a revelation ever since he made his IPL debut for KKR and impressed one and all with his pace and bounce. In 2017, Ankit picked up his maiden five-wicket haul playing for Kings XI Punjab.

24-year-old Rajpoot represents Uttar Pradesh in Ranji Trophy and has picked 136 wickets in 46 FC games with a best of 10/97 in a match. He also has 68 wickets from 54 T20 games and recently picked five wickets in a match for India Green against India Red in the ongoing Duleep Trophy. Tall and well built, Rajpoot has the ability to move the ball both in the air and extract bounce from even the deadest the pitches. 

India needs a 'hit the deck' fast bowler and Ankit Rajpoot fits the bill perfectly.
