5 bowlers who could make their India debut in near future

These five bowling talents are on the radar of the Indian team selectors and might make their debut soon.

Krunal PandyaKrunal Pandya | GettyKrunal Pandya, the elder brother of Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya is a talented left-arm spinner and batsman in his own right. Krunal too plays for Baroda mostly in limited overs format. However, he came into prominence by playing for Mumbai Indians in the IPL.

He was their star in 2017 IPL when he almost singlehandedly won the final against Rising Pune Supergiant. Since then, he has been doing tremendously well for India A and Baroda alike. He made valuable contributions with both bat and ball for India A on the tour to England and was chosen in the Indian T20I squad against England.

However, a debut eluded him, as Kuldeep and Chahal routed England, as India won the series 2-1. But Krunal has kept himself on the horizon with his brutal display of batting in IPL and smart and economical bowling.

Given that he did well for India A against Australia A in the ongoing quadrangular series match, scoring 49 and picking a wicket; the moment is very near for him when he joins his brother Hardik in the Indian team
