Last year’s finalists Delhi Capitals (DC) had a great match against defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in this ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) as the Rishabh Pant-led DC started their Chennai leg with a win by 6 wickets.
After the match, it’s a common sight to see players from both teams interacting with each other before returning to their respective bio bubbles. But after match 13, it was fanboy Avesh Khan who came out with his DC jersey in hand to get it signed by MI skipper Rohit Sharma.

“The fanboy in Avesh Khan had to come out after the match,” Delhi Capitals tweeted a couple of pictures.

Even though DC pacer Avesh Khan did not bowl his full quota of 4 overs, he looked good as his figures read 2/15 in 2 overs which included wickets of in-form batsman Suryakumar Yadav and Rahul Chahar.
After the win over five-time champions, DC will be taking on David Warner-led Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday (25 April) at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
