Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma shared an adorable picture with his wife Ritika Sajdeh on Saturday, February 10, and fans of the couple have been showering love on the viral post.

On Saturday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the squad for the remaining three Tests of the ongoing five-match series against England.

Virat Kohli extended his break, as the former Indian skipper will also miss the remainder of the Test series against England due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, pacer Akash Deep was handed a maiden call-up for the remainder of the Test series against England.

Notably, the Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team lost the first Test in Hyderabad by 28 runs, and the hosts made a stunning comeback and won the second Test in Vizag by 106 runs to level the five-match Test series at 1-1 against England. Now, the third test will be played in Rajkot on February 15.

Ahead of the Rajkot Test against England, the Indian skipper took to Instagram to share a loveable picture with wife Ritika with a special message for her. Since Valentine’s Week is going on, Rohit made sure to win the heart of his wife through his four-word message.

Sharing a black and white picture from an event, Rohit captioned the post: Always by my side @ritssajdehwith a heart emoji.

Ritika was recently in the news for her strong reaction on social media to an interview of Mumbai Indians head coach, Mark Boucher, where he explained the rationale behind Rohit Sharma being replaced as captain by Hardik Pandya for the upcoming IPL 2024 season.
