The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and star leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal share great rapport both on and off the field, with the fans very well aware of the duo’s social media banter. They are currently in the UAE for the Asia Cup 2022 and preparing for the big clash against Pakistan on Sunday (August 28).

Well, a few days ago, there were rumors of separation of Chahal with his wife Dhanashree Verma, however, the couple came forward to quash the reports and clarified that everything is well between them.

Now, Chahal’s good friend and teammate, Rohit, finally got the opportunity to call out the Indian reporters, who spread the fake news of his friend’s troubled marriage.

On Friday, August 26, Rohit and Chahal were seen having a conversation with Indian reporters in a light-hearted manner on the sidelines of the team's practice session in Dubai.

In the viral video, Rohit can be heard saying: “Kaun hai? Batao?” (Tell me who is the reporter). The Indian skipper also taunted the reporters to make a story on him as the atmosphere wasn’t that good.

Later, Chahal made a funny remark by saying: “Ye antakshari thodi hi chal rahi hai. Idhar antakshari khelein kya? (We are not playing ‘guess the names’ here). Then, one of the reporters could be heard saying, “Mere baare mein koi bol de to aaj hi resignation. Suno main bata dun kisne chalai (If anybody can prove it’s me then I’ll resign right away. Let me tell you who spread it out)”.

However, Rohit repeatedly asked the reporters to speak out the name but he denied by saying: “Yahin par hai par naam nahi bolunga (He’s here but I won’t take the name).”
