Looks like Harbhajan Singh has heard them and he shared a 'very easy' workout for his followers to help them boost their immunity.
"A Very Simple Exercise for only 20 seconds to Keep you Fit & Boost Your Immunity," Harbhajan captioned the video on Twitter.
It wasn't a simple exercise as Harbhajan wrote and the caption was a sarcastic one. In the video, a guy can be seen showing his strength with some really tough moves.
Fans were in awe of the video and some of them jokingly told Harbhajan to perform them. Cricketer Surya Kumar Yadav responded to the post too and he named it 'Kekda (Crab) workout'.
