The cricketers in India have been kept away from cricket due to the Coronavirus pandemic, as the government extended the previous 21-day lockdown for a further 19 days. The lockdown that was supposed to end on April 14, is now supposed to end on May 3.
During this time, sporting activities have been banned even in areas that will enjoy some relaxations after April 20. The BCCI has also postponed the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League indefinitely, in a recently issued statement. This means there will be no cricket for the foreseeable future in India.

The IPL defending champions Mumbai Indians’ captain Rohit Sharma was seen sharing a video on his Instagram account, who he spends a day with his family in his home. Fans of the cricketer can see Rohit exercising, spending time with wife Ritika and daughter Samaira. He is also seen washing clothes and even helping out Ritika in cooking, much to her annoyance.
