India and Afghanistan will clash in the second ODI of the three-match series on June 17 at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. India won the first match in Dharamshala and will aim to pocket the series in Lucknow.
Ahead of the game in Lucknow, the BCCI shared a video of Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal turning their arm over in the nets and showing off their spin bowling skills. This might hint at the Indian team management keeping things prepared, given that the Lucknow wicket is suitable for spinners.
Rohit Sharma used to bowl off-spin regularly in his early days for the Indian team, but stopped doing so after having surgery on his finger. However, he has delivered some overs here and there and even boasts of a hat-trick in IPL.
On the other hand, Yashasvi Jaiswal fancies bowling leg-spin and showed off his brilliance in the nets.

India played with Harsh Dubey and Washington Sundar as two spinners in Dharamshala, given that the conditions suited pacers. But in Lucknow, India might be tempted to bring in an extra spinner, Kuldeep Yadav, for more support as the pitch helps spinners.
