Chasing the target, the Men in Blue got off to a blazing start as the duo of Rohit Sharma (48) and Shubman Gill (53) added 88 runs for the opening wicket.
After their dismissals, Virat Kohli stepped up to the plate and slammed his 48th ODI hundred to take India over the line with 51 deliveries to spare. Kohli brought the three-figure mark with a six against Nasum Ahmed, which also sealed the deal for India.
In the end, Virat stayed unbeaten on 103 off 97 balls (6 fours and 4 sixes) while KL Rahul finished with 34 not out.
