After the game, ugly scenes were witnessed as fans of both teams clashed with each other in the stands.

In multiple viral videos, the Afghanistan supporters can be seen vandalising the stadium and hurling chairs at their Pakistani counterparts.

The fight didn’t stop within the stadium as videos of riots-like situation also surfaced from outside the venue.

In another clip doing rounds on social media, the Afghan fans were spotted beating up Pakistani fans by stopping cars on the road.

Meanwhile, an Indian journalist shared a video on Twitter, which explains how possibly the fight might have started between the fans of the two camps.

In the video, the Pakistani fans were seen provoking the Afghan fans with their unruly behaviour and the violence began thereafter.

All the developments took place after Naseem Shah’s two back-to-back sixes in the first two balls off the final over took Pakistan over the finishing line.

The Men in Green will now take on Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup 2022 final at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday (September 11).
