T20 World Cup 2021: All-round Afghanistan rout Namibia by 62 runs; register their second win in Super 12

Opting to bat first, Afghanistan posted 160/5 in 20 overs with contributions from Mohammad Shahzad (45 off 33), Hazratullah Zazai (33 off 27), Mohammad Nabi (32* off 17), and Asghar Afghan (31 off 23).

Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton was the stand-out bowler for Namibia, claiming two wickets by conceding 21 runs in his four overs.

In reply, Namibia were restricted to 98/9 in 20 overs. It was a listless performance with the bat as no one even managed to touch the 30-run mark. David Wiese was the top scorer with 26.

Hamid Hassan (3-9), Naveen-ul-Haq (3-26), Gulbadin Naib (2-19), and Rashid Khan (1-14) returned with impressive bowling figures for Afghanistan.
