Team India’s preparation for the two-match Test series against South Africa is going in full flow. The red-ball series is slated to get underway with the Boxing Day Test in Centurion on December 26.
On the eve of the Test match, BCCI shared a video on social media platform X, in which Indian batters can be seen sweating it out in the nets.
India skipper Rohit Sharma, star batter Virat Kohli, wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, young duo of Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal, middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer featured in the video.
The aforementioned names were spotted fine-tuning their batting skills at the SuperSport Park nets.

India are yet to win a Test series on South African soil in eight attempts. The best result for the visiting Indian team in the rainbow nation so far is 1-1 draw during the 2010-11 tour.
The Indian batters will have to play a key role if they are to end the losing streak in the upcoming Test series.
