Mickey Arthur, Grant Bradburn, and Andrew Puttick have resigned from their respective positions at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore after being demoted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) due to the team’s poor performance in the ICC World Cup 2023.

Arthur served as the director of Pakistan cricket, while Grant Bradburn was the head coach and Andrew Puttick was the batting coach before their demotions to the NCA by the PCB.

In April 2023, Arthur was appointed as the director of Pakistan's cricket team, Bradburn as the head coach, and Puttick as the batting coach. Their resignations followed their demotions from these roles after the Men in Green’s disappointing performance in the ODI World Cup 2023.

The PCB said in an official statement: “All three individuals informed the Pakistan Cricket Board of their decision to leave their respective jobs by the end of January 2024. The decision was taken amicably between all the stakeholders. The PCB wishes them well in their future endeavours and is grateful for their services.”

Adam Hollioake and Abdul Majeed are the batting coach and fielding coach, respectively. Umar Gul is working as Pakistan’s fast-bowling coach and Saeed Ajmal is the spin-bowling coach.
