Indian T20I skipper Rohit Sharma congratulated AB de Villiers on his illustrious career saying, that not many have been able to have this kind of impact on the game like the former Proteas batter did.
AB de Villiers, who is also known as Mr. 360, is unarguably one of the best batters the world has ever witnessed in all formats. The swashbuckling batter, whenever played, made cricket fans go bonkers with his ability to dominate world-class bowling line-ups.
De Villiers surprised the cricket fraternity in 2018 when he announced his retirement from international cricket. He, however, continued to play the franchise cricket but on Friday (19th November), 'Mr. 360' finally called his time on all forms of cricket.

AB de Villiers’ decision to retire from all forms of cricket with an immediate effect made many fans and pundits congratulate him on his wonderful career.
Indian T20I skipper Rohit Sharma also lauded AB de Villiers for his illustrious career, saying that not many people had the impact on the game like he did.
“Not many people have had the impact on the game like AB did. It was indeed a pleasure to watch him play from the other side. Happy retirement AB, best wishes to and your family @ABdeVilliers17,” Rohit Sharma Tweeted.
AB de Villiers ended his T20 career with 9,424 runs at a strike rate of 150.13 in 320 innings. His tally of 9,424 runs also includes four centuries, 69 fifties.
