Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi has rated Australia's Steve Smith higher than his competitors Virat Kohli, Joe Root, and Kane Williamson.

All four of them are currently counted as batsmen of a different league. They are called 'fab four' and just like the competition, the comparison among them never stops.

Nabi is the most recent cricketer to comment on the fab four. When asked about his opinion on these four genius batters from their respective countries, he said Smith is leading these days.

"Who according to you is the no. 1 batsman? Virat, Steve, Williamson, or Joe Root", Nabi got asked in a rapid-fire round with CricTracker. To which, the 35-year-old responded, "It is Smith these days, I guess!".

Nabi plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and he picked Kane Williamson as his favorite player from the franchise.

The Afghanistan cricketer has a famous nickname 'Mr. President'. Ex-England cricketer Kevin Pietersen was the one to come up with it during Pakistan Super League.

Pietersen had told him that he would be next President of Afghanistan, Nabi said. "It was Kevin Pietersen. We both were playing for Quetta Gladiators and I won 1 game for the team where we needed 16 runs in the last over. It was my last match as I was going for the Zimbabwe series while we were going back to the team hotel. Kevin said Nabi is the next President of Afghanistan. He used to call me as President while he was doing the commentary", he revealed.

Nabi also went on to praise former India captain MS Dhoni and called him a nice guy. "MS Dhoni is the best, calm, and a great human being. The doors of his room are open 24*7 for everyone where he has tea with people and talks to them. I have met him 2-3 times and he is really a nice man," Mohammad Nabi said.
