Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has joined MS Dhoni & Co in Mumbai for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 on Friday (March 26). He will have to undergo mandatory quarantine before starting practice with CSK.

The official Twitter account of Super Kings gave an update to the fans. They welcomed Jadeja and posted a picture of him holding his CSK helmet.

"Welcome Super 8! See you after 7! #WhistlePodu #Yellove @imjadeja," the tweet read. CSK star batsman Suresh Raina and Dwayne Bravo have already joined CSK and they are under quarantine.

Jadeja was ruled out of the action because of a fractured thumb on the Australia tour in the third Test. He couldn't play for India since then and had to miss out on four Tests against England and also the limited-overs series.

The all-rounder had to get clearance from National Cricket Academy to join CSK and CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan had confirmed to Inside Sport that he has got the permission.
