Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar is amongst the 1097 players who have registered for the upcoming auction for the forthcoming 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 to be held in Chennai on February 18.

The left-arm fast bowler is among the 814 Indian players available for grabs in the upcoming IPL 2021 auction in Chennai. The 21-year-old has reportedly entered the auction with a base price of INR 20 lakh.

Tendulkar jr. made his T20 debut during the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy and played two games for Mumbai against Haryana and Puducherry, which made him eligible for the IPL Auction.

Ever since the news broke out, Twitter was filled with several reactions with many coming with memes to troll Arjun while calling him a product of 'nepotism' again, while some predicted that Mumbai Indians will buy the youngster since his father is the mentor of the franchise.
