The 23rd match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 will see Rajasthan Royals (RR) taking on Delhi Capitals (DC) on Friday (October 8).

While the Capitals are coming into the game with an imposing 59-run victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the Royals have suffered defeats in their last three fixtures after starting the campaign with two successive wins.

DC will look to carry their domination whereas RR will look to bounce back during the showdown at Sharjah and for this, both the teams ought to pick right players in their line-ups.

Rajasthan Royals (RR)

Shimron Hetmyer might not have registered a big score this season but he looked good against RCB in the last game and is likely to retain his place in the playing XI.

Marcus Stoinis is playing the role of an all-rounder brilliantly and he is certain to be in the team against the Royals.

Bowling wise, DC have a very good mix of spinners and pacers. With Ravichandran Ashwin doing well in his comeback match after injury, he is likely to lead the spin department alongside Akshar Patel, who bagged the Player-of-the-Match award for his brilliant spell (2/18) in DC’s big win over RCB.
