Shubman Gill is one of the most talented young Indian batsmen going around. He is considered to be the future of the Indian team and has already played ODI cricket for the Men in Blue.

He has had a prolific outing in the Indian Premier League as well, where he plays for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). He has 499 runs in 28 matches for KKR with 4 fifties to his name at a strike rate of 132.36. The IPL 2020 season is going to be a huge one for the Punjab batsman, as he will be opening the innings for his team, in absence of Chris Lynn.

However, apart from his on-field acclaims, the 21-year-old has also attracted attention for his off-field adventures as well. Recently, Twitterverse went on speculation spree after Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar, daughter of Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar, used the same caption ’I spy’ on their Instagram posts.

Earlier, Hardik Pandya was seen teasing Gill after Sara congratulated him on buying a new car and posting the same on Instagram.

Though the rumors of the two dating may be mere speculations, a recent post on social media by Sara Tendulkar has poured more fuel into the fire of rumors, as she reacted with heart emojis on a video of Shubman Gill executing a brilliant save to stop sure shot runs in the ongoing match between KKR and Mumbai Indians (MI) in Abu Dhabi.
