Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant played one of his finest Test innings and that was not the only highlight from the youngster in the fourth Test against England.

Team India finished Day 2 with an 89-run lead in the first innings with 3 more wickets in hand. Rishabh Pant scored his third Test century and impressed one and all with the maturity he showed during the knock. His innings of 101 off 118 balls helped the hosts to get to 294/7 from being 80/4 at one stage.

Pant was certainly the hero of the day for India. Not only were his runs crucial for the sake of the match, but he also provided a lot of entertainment to the fans, especially in the second half of the day's play.

He has also been extremely vocal from behind the stumps throughout the series. Interestingly, that is not the only source of entertainment he provided as in the second session on day one, a bizarre incident saw a bail getting stuck in his gloves. What followed, was even funnier.

A throw from skipper Virat Kohli hit the stumps thus dislodging the bails off the stumps. Pant, who was near the stumps to collect the ball had the throw missed, caught a bail unintentionally that landed in the space between his arm and the left glove.

As the rest of his teammates and the on-field umpire Virender Sharma searched for the bail-in Pant's keeping pads, he did not reveal where the bail really was. Right after Kohli gave up his search, the wicket-keeper decided to tell Rohit Sharma where the bail was.
