Rohit and Gill fell for a single-digit score in the first innings of Chennai Test against Bangladesh.
India’s top-order failed to make a mark in the opening Test as the likes of Rohit Sharma (6), Shubman Gill (0) and Virat Kohli (6) fell for a single-digit score.
After the end of first day’s play, Rohit and Gill were back in action. As match experts Parthiv Patel and Tamim Iqbal were doing analysis of the day's play, the camera panned towards Rohit, who marched near the boundary ropes with assistant coach Abhishek Nayar and one more member of the support staff.
In another corner, head coach Gautam Gambhir was seen sprinting with Shubman Gill. While Gambhir matched Gill step for step in the first few seconds, the youngster eventually left behind the coach as the camera offered a glimpse of India's post-day training.

Coming to the match, India finished the day strongly after their top order collapse. From 175/6, the hosts went on to score 339/6 at stumps on Day 1 thanks to Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja’s unbroken 195-run partnership.
While Ashwin slammed a breathtaking century (102* off 112 balls)), Jadeja ended the day on 86* off 117 deliveries.
