India cricketer Sanju Samson was put in a tough position during a Q&A session where he was asked about his favorite sports personality and to choose between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Samson is currently in Zimbabwe for the three-match ODI series which begins from August 18 onwards. The second and third matches will be played on Aug 20 and 22 respectively with Harare Sports Club hosting all three matches.

Ahead of the start of the cricketing assignment in Harare, Samson was asked some fascinating rapid-fire questions. While the Kerala cricketer dodged a few questions efficiently, he answered a few others in a straightforward manner.

When asked who is a better footballer between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, Samson maintained that he admires both of them equally, he admitted to favoring the Argentine just a little bit more than the Portuguese.

The next big question asked was about 'favorite sporting personality' and Samson named former India captain MS Dhoni.

He also revealed his nickname 'Babbu' which isn't known to anyone and that he loves chocolates but cannot eat them anymore due to his fitness regimen.

Meanwhile, Samson is expected to contest for the wicketkeeper position in the India XI for the three ODIs with Ishan Kishan. Both the players are trying to make their mark and present themselves as the backup option with Rishabh Pant remaining the first-choice keeper in all three formats.
