The Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team is currently gearing up to take on the West Indies in the five-match T20I series, starting on Friday (July 29) at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.
Notably, India’s regular captain, Rohit, was rested for the recently concluded ODI series, and Shikhar Dhawan led the team to a 3-0 win against the West Indies. Well, the Hitman is now back for the T20Is.
Ahead of the first T20I, Rohit, who is known for his crazy hitting and as one of the greatest timers of the ball, made his fans' day by showing a glimpse of his hitting at the nets on Friday.
In a 40-second clip shared by the BCCI on Twitter on Friday, the right-handed opener can be seen involved in an attractive batting session in the nets.
During his session, the Indian skipper was seen in full flow, and he played some attractive shots against both bowlers and throwdown specialists.
