The second ODI between West Indies and India saw the visitors clinch the nail-biter by 2 wickets and take an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the three-match series.
West Indies, who won the toss and batted first, had a great outing with the bat on account of Shai Hope’s 115 runs and Nicholas Pooran’s half-century posted a total of 311 runs. There were small contributions from the other batters which helped the hosts go past 300 runs.
Indian batter Shreyas Iyer once again had a decent outing on the field as he took a diving catch of Rovman Powell and then turned towards the stands and was seen doing gestures at someone.

Notably, Iyer also broke into a unique dancing celebration as he turned towards the stands and was seen smiling at someone when he took the catch of Shamarh Brooks in the last game.
Coming to the match, after West Indies scored 311 runs, Indian batters chipped in at crucial stages with Shubman Gill (43), Iyer (63) and Deepak Hooda (33) keeping their side in the chase. However, in the end, it was Akshar Patel (64*), who tonked his maiden ODI half-century and took his team home.
