Afghanistan's star leg-spinner Rashid Khan who is ranked number one in ICC T20I bowling rankings is arguably the best bowler in this format. He is one of the best T20 players at present and has been excellent in many T20 leagues like BBL, IPL, CPL, BPL, T20 Blast and has achieved many milestones over the years. In the eighth edition of BBL he achieved yet another milestone as he became the first ever bowler to take 90 T20 wickets in a calendar year. Rashid Khan took 96 wickets in 61 T20 matches in 2018.
