Afghanistan cricket team and its all-rounder Mohammad Nabi completed 100 appearances in One Day International cricket when they took on the field against Ireland in the second ODI match at Belfast on Wednesday.
Afghanistan made their ODI debut in April 2009 against Scotland and in 2018 they became the 14th nation to appear in 100 or more ODI matches. In that ODI against Scotland, all-rounder Mohammad Nabi also made his debut and since then he has played all Afghanistan's ODI matches and thus became the first ever player to appear in each of a country's first 100 ODIs.
