Rishabh Pant showed off his bowling skills in the ongoing Delhi Premier League 2024 tournament. Pant is turning out for Purani Dilli 6 team and left everyone surprised with his bowling in his team’s latest match against South Delhi Superstarz on Saturday.

Arpit Rana's 59 off 41 and Vansh Bedi's 47 off 19 helped Purani Dilli 6 score 197/3 in 20 overs, which South Delhi Superstarz chased down in 19.1 overs.

South Delhi Superstarz defeated Purani Dilli 6 by three wickets in the opening match of the inaugural Delhi Premier League T20 at Arun Jaitley Stadium on Saturday, thanks to remarkable fifties from captain Ayush Badoni and Priyansh Arya.

South Delhi smashed as many as 73 runs in the Powerplay, thanks to the free-flowing strokes from opener Priyansh Arya and Sarthak Ray.

Despite Purani Dilli 6 claiming four wickets in quick succession, including that of Badoni (57 off 29), South Delhi showed resilience thanks to Vision Panchal and Digvesh Rathi, who scored 13 runs in last 2 overs to give their team a win.

Pant has never bowled in an international match but he decided to try his hand at spin bowling with the Superstarz needing just 1 run to win the encounter.
