Very good evening. I am not going to take long like my batting. I am Shahid Afridi. I was blessed to play international cricket for Pakistan for more than two decades. I believe living a selfless life brings more joy and with more blessing comes more responsibility. I choose a life to support underprivileged people across the globe through my foundation in areas of education, healthcare, sports, and clean drinking water. I support ICC and UNICEF in their mission together so more children can be part of this second-most-watched sport in the world. I am honored to be part of this event and look forward to the rest of this evening. Thank you so much,” said Afridi in a video uploaded on his Instagram account.
