MS Dhoni is widely regarded as one of the best captains the world has seen. He remains the first and only skipper to win all three white-ball ICC Trophies- the T20 World Cup, the World Cup and the Champions Trophy.
He also led the Indian team to the no.1 rankings in Test for the first time and to a maiden ODI tri-series win in Australia. Not only cricket experts from India, but other countries as well praise MS Dhoni for his leadership qualities and man management.
Something similar was seen when former Pakistan captain Misbah Ul Haq was talking about MS Dhoni and how smartly he used his bowlers.
Misbah said that Dhoni was such a player who would make such good use of part-time bowlers that some captains failed to use their pure bowlers like that.
"Aapse behtar kon jaanta hoga ye (Who would know it better than you)," the anchor of AsportsTV show the Pavilion said quickly.
To this, Misbah was left expressionless before continuing the discussion.
The reference to this cheeky dig at Misbah was the final of the 2007 T20 World Cup between India and Pakistan in Johannesburg. The match went down to the final over and Dhoni turned to the relatively unknown Joginder Sharma. The pacer went on to dismiss Misbah to win the match for India by 5 runs and make the Men in Blue the champions.
