Suryakumar Yadav enjoyed the thrilling third T20I between India and Afghanistan which was played on January 17 in Bengaluru, from his hospital bed after he underwent surgery for his ankle injury.
India won the third T20I after two super overs against Afghanistan and pocketed the series 3-0. Rohit Sharma with 121* and Rinku Singh with 69* starred with the bat, while Ravi Bishnoi did the same with the ball in the second super over, defending 11 runs.
Suryakumar Yadav, the no.1 ranked T20I batter, was seen watching the game on an iPad in his hospital room, in a video shared on social media. This was after his operation for an ankle injury he suffered in South Africa succeeded.
