Joburg Super Kings skipper Faf du Plessis is widely regarded as one of the fittest cricketers in the world and he gave a glimpse of his athleticism on Saturday (January 13).
During the fourth match of the SA20, Du Plessis plucked a stunner to dismiss MI Cape Town batter Dewald Brevis for 5.
In the 17th over of MI Cape Town’s innings, Lizaad Williams bowled a length delivery around off. Brevis attempted a big shot but completely mistimed it as the ball went up in the air over mid-off.
Initially, it seemed that the ball would fall in the no man's land but Faf du Plessis ran back and dived full stretch to grab a one-handed screamer.

Coming to the match, MI Cape Town batters took the JSK bowling attack to cleaners to rack up a mammoth 243/5 on the board.
Rassie van der Dussen starred with the bat with 104 off 50 balls while his opening partner Ryan Rickelton smashed 98 off 49 balls.
