WATCH- Hardik Pandya posts new video of training in gym ahead of IPL 2024

Pandya has been out of action due to an ankle injury he suffered in World Cup 2023.

Hardik Pandya | InstagramIndia all-rounder Hardik Pandya is keeping his fans updated with his progress from an ankle injury as he shared a new video of his gym training session.

Hardik has been out of action since injuring his ankle in the ICC World Cup 2023 match against Bangladesh in Pune. He went on to miss the rest of the World Cup, the Australia T20I series at home and the white-ball tour of South Africa as a result.

Recently, the BCCI named the India squad for the Afghanistan T20I series at home which begins from January 11. However, Pandya’s name was missing from the list, as reportedly, he is still recovering from his ankle injury.

It has been said that the all-rounder will make his cricketing comeback with the IPL 2024 where he is slated to captain the Mumbai Indians team.

As he recovers from his injury, Pandya has been sharing videos from gym sessions for his fans on Instagram. His latest video was captioned: “Only one direction to go, forward”
