Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his Bollywood actress wife Anushka Sharma recently had a fun time at the Indian Sports Honors Awards in Mumbai. The power couple of the industry stole the show at the event with their chemistry and knowledge of each other.
Well, Anushka, during the rapid-fire round on the red carpet, revealed how Kohli used to set the stage on fire when he took 2-3 pegs in the past, and the former Indian skipper acknowledged the same while sharing a hilarious anecdote about himself and his old habits.
When the presenter asked the couple, "Who is more likely to steal the dance floor?" Anushka Sharma was quick to put the paddle down, leaving Virat Kohli surprised as he asked, "Me?"
Well, the Bollywood diva stressed that Kohli "steal the dance floor!" after which the dashing right-hander once again asked his wife in complete surprise, "Me?" Later, the actress added, "He loves singing and dancing."
Meanwhile, Kohli opened up about a hilarious anecdote from his past as he revealed: "I don't drink anymore, but back in the day, party mein ghus ke agar do drink ho gayi toh, phir yes (if I had two drinks after going to a party, then yes [I was most likely to steal the dance floor])."
Kohli added, "Take over Matlab to a point where people don't want me there. I don't care then, do-teen drink ke baad (after two-to-three drinks). Not anymore; back in the day, yes."
