The wedding season continued in Pakistan cricket as after Haris Rauf, Shan Masood and Shaheen Afridi, leg-spin all-rounder Shadab Khan got married to former Pakistan spinner and coach Saqlain Mushtaq’s daughter.
The wedding seemed to be a private affair and not many knew about it. Shadab's wedding reception wasn't a private affair and many cricketers, including Pakistan captain Babar Azam, were part of the celebrations.
Apart from players, former Pakistan head coach, Misbah ul Haq, and former pacer, Sohail Tanvir, were also in attendance at the reception. While many clips from the reception celebration were circulated on social media, one clip featuring Hassan Ali has gone viral.

The pacer greeted the groom on the stage and kissed Shadab on his forehead as a blessing before giving him a warm hug.

Shadab and other Pakistani players will soon hit the field as they will join their respective franchises for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL 8). Shadab will be in action for Islamabad United and is coming off a finger injury sustained during the recent BBL.
PSL 2023 will be played from February 13 to March 19.
