India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is slowly but surely getting back to full fitness as he shared a video of his journey to recovery from his knee surgery on his social media. Jadeja suffered from knee troubles throughout this year and missed part of the West Indies tour due to the same thing.
It was a huge blow for the Indian team when Ravindra Jadeja hurt his knee during the Asia Cup 2022 and missed the super 4s stage of the tournament, in which the Men in Blue were eliminated after losing to Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Later it was also announced that the left-hander would need to undergo knee surgery and will miss the T20 World Cup 2022 as well, putting a huge dent in India’s preparations for the ICC event. Akshar Patel replaced him in the 15-man squad.
Jadeja had shared multiple posts on his social media to keep his fans updated about his recovery and after showing that he could walk without support. In his latest video, Jadeja was seen doing some light jogging inside the NCA gym.
