The Road Safety World Series season 2 has brought every cricket fan’s dream come true of seeing their heroes from the 90s and 2000s play cricket once more. The tournament which began on September 10th is seeing 8 teams filled with legends taking on one another.
India Legends is captained by Sachin Tendulkar and features the likes of Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Yuvraj Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Pragyan Ojha, and many more.
Other teams participating are Australia Legends Sri Lanka Legends, Bangladesh Legends, West Indies Legends, South Africa Legends, England Legends, and debutants New Zealand Legends.
The defending champions India Legends started off the tournament on a high defeating South Africa Legends in Green Park, Kanpur. India scored 217/4 with Stuart Binny hitting 82*, Yusuf Pathan making 35* in 15 balls, and Suresh Raina, on his debut, making 33 runs.

South Africa Legends were restricted to 152/9 with Rahul Sharma taking three wickets and Munaf Patel and Pragyan Ojha taking two each.
Yuvraj Singh recently posted a video where the India Legends cricketers got together for an evening of song and dance which saw the 2011 World Cup Player of the Tournament enjoying the most as Suresh Raina and Irfan Pathan sang and he danced to their tunes.
All this was being captured on a phone camera by the all-time great Sachin Tendulkar himself.
