The social media banter between former India batter Wasim Jaffer and ex-England captain Michael Vaughan is never-ending it seems. Fans call them the "Tom & Jerry" of the cricket fraternity on social media for their leg-pulling posts for each other.

This time, Vaughan made a tweet for Jaffer, who turned 44 on Wednesday (February 16). The Englishman jokingly reminded the birthday boy that he is his first Test wicket.

"Happy birthday to my first Test match wicket @WasimJaffer14," tweeted Vaughan while wishing Jaffer on his birthday.

Responding to the tweet, Jaffer roasted Vaughan by calling him his 'permanent social media wicket'. "Haha thank you my permanent social media wicket," he replied.

Vaughan had dismissed Jaffer in Lord's during a Test match between India and England in 2002. He had also picked up the wicket of Sachin Tendulkar in the next match at Trent Bridge.
