India's limited-overs captain Rohit Sharma dropped a batting tip to his fan who was having trouble playing the pull shot. Rohit has mastered the pull shot and he is one of the best players of it in international cricket.
A fan on Twitter dropped a question for Rohit and to everyone's surprise, the India cricketer responded to him. The Twitter user was having trouble generating enough power while playing the pull shot.
"Rohit, need your help on perfecting my pull shot. Not able to generate power when I am trying to control it," wrote the fan.
Responding to the fan, Rohit wrote, "Don’t worry… if the bowler pitches it short, just slice it. What say, @mipaltan?".
The 34-year-old is currently not part of the ODI series against South Africa due to an injury. He had also missed out on the recently concluded three-match Test series.
"We decided not to send him (Rohit) because he can work on his muscles. Needs to get 100 percent fit for World Cup. All selectors had a good chat with Rohit," BCCI chief selector Chetan Sharma had said that Rohit is undergoing rehab for his injury.
