Mohammed Siraj at his father's grave after returning from Australia | TwitterIndia pacer Mohammed Siraj has gone through a lot in the past year or so. From being told that his father passed away when he was in Australia for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy when he decided to stay back instead of coming to India.

Siraj made his India Test debut in Melbourne and picked a fifer in the final Test in Brisbane as India won their second consecutive Test series in Australia. Siraj then played a huge role in India winning the Lord’s Test on their recent most tour of England and performed amicably well for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the past two seasons of the Indian Premier League as well.

It was revealed that the Indian team players took turns keeping Siraj busy while in quarantine in Australia after he heard the news of his father’s passing. It was a brave call from the Hyderabad lad to stay back to realize his father’s dream of playing Tests for India.
