Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza share working out pictures; give major fitness goals

Shoaib's training routine is reportedly functional exercises to help his cricket.

Veteran Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik and his wife India’s Tennis star Sania Mirza recently showcased their fitness regimen and also asked their fans and followers to do the same in order to be fit and balance their health in this testing time of the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Fitness was always a key part of the cricketers and other sports personalities’ life, but in the COVID-19 era, it has become a significant aspect of human life as nowadays almost everyone is focusing on being fit to keep themselves healthy as much as possible.

Well, Shoaib and Sania have been kept updating their fans about their fitness and workout regime on social media and on Monday, May 31, the power couple yet again shared a few glimpses from their exercise routines on their respective social media handles to give major fitness goals to their fans.

Sharing the post, the couple also asked their fans to focus on health and fitness on social media.

Taking to Instagram, Sania shared a picture of herself beside a treadmill. The Indian Tennis star captioned the story by saying: “Left-arm, I see you,”

Meanwhile, a former Pakistan captain also posted a picture of himself after his workout and suggested his fans start their week right exercise and eat balanced meals.

Shoaib wrote on Twitter, “Start your week right, exercise, eat balanced meals and pay forward with gratitude!”

Noteworthy, Malik last played for Pakistan in a T20I game against England in September 2020. He will be now seen in action in the PSL 2021 in Abu Dhabi, while Sania Mirza is expected to take part in a few events in the United Kingdom in the build-up to the Tokyo Olympics.
