India and Delhi Capitals (DC) opener Shikhar Dhawan has been quite active on social media since the postponement of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020), as the experienced cricketer is busy in entertaining his fans with his off-field talent on social media.

Well, Dhawan, who is fondly known as “Gabbar”, is more than a wonderful cricketer and he has time and again showed it with his off-field skills whether be it doing the bhangra or other activity on social media.

Recently, the left-hander flaunted his musical talent as he played the flute to a famous song “Hontho se Chhu lo” by the late Jagjit Singh following his series of entertaining videos on social media.

Now, the Indian cricketer has shown another talent, as Dhawan turned poetic in the latest video share by his IPL side Delhi Capitals (DC) on Instagram on Sunday, May 23.

In the video, the southpaw can be seen reciting a few lines of a "Shayari" by famous poet Wasim Barelvi with the DC captioned the post by saying: “Gabbar out there bringing in #SoulfulSunday for you,”

The short clip got more than 13,000 likes with the DC fans showering praises for Dhawan in the comments section.
