“We are all with you”, Mohammad Amir sends prayers for India’s fight against COVID-19

With the situation going from bad to worse, many cricketers across the globe have come forward and made generous donations to help out the Indians. Some players have also extended their prayers and good wishes for the people of India.

Recently, former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir expressed his concern for India. Sharing a video on Twitter, he wrote: "my heartfelt duas with u India. Remember we are all with you through our prayers in these difficult times, may Allah bless us all with his rehmat. #getwellsoonindia."

Earlier, the likes of Babar Azam, Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Akhtar have sent their well wishes to India.

The deadly virus also impacted the 2021 edition of IPL as the cash-rich tournament was postponed indefinitely on Tuesday (May 4) after COVID-19 breached the bio-bubble and infected a number of players and support staff members.
