Ex-Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi was in action on Saturday in the first playoff match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans in PSL 2020. It was his unique helmet that attracted everyone on social media.

Afridi was wearing a helmet without the faceguard. The grill of the helmet looked incomplete and it left everyone surprised as the ball could easily pass through and hit his nose and eyes.

The 40-year-old scored 12 runs in 12 balls before getting dismissed by Arshad Iqbal. His team ended the innings on a score of 141/7 and they needed a vintage Afridi finish, which he couldn't provide.

In reply, Karachi ended on the same score which took the match in super over where Multan lost the match by 4 runs.
