Twitterverse jokes about MS Dhoni after mobile game PUBG is banned in India

The Ministry of Information and Technology of India decided to ban the popular mobile game PUBG on Wednesday, along with other 117 Chinese apps. Earlier, the government had banned TikTok over the privacy concerns of the users.

PUBG has a huge market in India and there were users from different age groups. Even former India captain MS Dhoni was a regular player of the game. 

Apart from Dhoni, the India spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and Deepak Chahar were a big fan of the game. Chahal had often played the game with popular streamers and professional players.

After the announcement of the PUBG ban, fans took a jibe at Dhoni. Memes and jokes were posted by the fans on Twitter and they featured Dhoni in it.

Although the Indian government has also banned the PUBG Lite app, gamers can still access the desktop version of the game.
