India opener Rohit Sharma’s press conferences are quite a sight to watch. Just like his batting, Sharma provides plenty of entertainment when he addresses the media. In fact, his replies are often so witty that it leaves the reporters in splits.

During a Question-Answer session with fans on Twitter, Rohit on Sunday (August 2) revealed why he enjoys pressers so much.

"How do you get such humour during PC?" one fan asked him.

In reply, Rohit wrote: "I enjoy my press conferences because that's the only time that you can give it back to the reporters."

Rohit Sharma also gave some other interesting answers.

Enquired about one bowler from the past that he would like to face, India’s limited-overs deputy took the name of Australian legend Glenn McGrath.

Rohit picked his unbeaten 122 against South Africa as his favourite century from the five that he scored in last year’s World Cup in England.

Rohit Sharma was last seen in action during the tour of New Zealand earlier this year. He is expected to hit the ground running soon as the 13th edition of Indian Premier League, which was indefinitely postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic, is set to be held in UAE from September 19 to November 10.
