India cricket team has two of the finest limited-overs batsman of this era, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Both the pillars of team India have been major contributors to their domination.
While India has a fragile middle order, the top three are counted very important in their batting line-up. Time and again, Rohit and Virat both have stepped up to take India home.

Both of them are equally important for the team, but there has been debate over who leaves the other one behind with their impact in limited-overs.
Former Australia spinner Brad Hogg was asked the same question on his Youtube channel. To which, he responded, "Well, Virat Kohli, because he’s more consistent when India has the big run chases. When India is batting second, he stands up and delivers.”
Hogg also added that comparing them isn't possible because of the roles. “But you really cannot compare the two as they have different roles. Rohit’s role is to be aggressive against the new ball bowlers when field restrictions are at their least and Virat’s role is to bat through the innings and make sure he’s there at the end, so they complement each other,” he said.
