Raina was set to play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) but the BCCI decided to postpone the tournament from March 29 to April 15 last month due to COVID-19 outbreak.
With the rapidly increasing Coronavirus cases in the country, the Indian government on March 24 imposed a nationwide 21-day lockdown and now the cancellation of cash-rich event looks inevitable.
Amid the lockdown, Raina seems to be making the most of his spare time. On Monday (April 6), the southpaw was seen playing indoor cricket with his daughter Gracia at home.
CSK shared a video of the same on Twitter with the caption reading: “Pure tit-for-tat gully cricket scenes in the @ImRaina household!”
It is worth mentioning here that Suresh Raina recently donated a sum of Rs 52 lakh towards the government's relief fund to help continue the nation's fight against COVID-19 epidemic. He also urged others to do their bit as the country deals with a massive health crisis.
