PM Narendra Modi has ordered a 21-day lockdown in order to keep the Coronavirus outbreak from getting into the 3rd stage of community transmission. In fact, the BCCI has not given up hopes of holding the IPL 13 even if it is hosted in the month of May.

England players Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler have made themselves available for the IPL if it takes place and the Australia and New Zealand cricket boards have left it to the individual players whether they want to participate or not.
