Social media was flooded with speculations over former India captain MS Dhoni's retirement. The rumours were sparked after Virat Kohli made a post tagging MS Dhoni and recalling the memorable chase in World T20 2016 against Australia.

Fans were waiting for a press announcement from Dhoni about his future plans although it wasn't confirmed whether the news is correct or not.

But soon BCCI chief selector MSK Prasad made it clear that Dhoni hasn't informed him anything related to his retirement. Later even Sakshi Dhoni's tweet cleared that it's a rumour.

The best tweet out of all came from Chennai Super Kings' Twitter account. The franchise for which MS Dhoni plays and leads in Indian Premier League.

They took reference to famous TV series Game of Thrones. The tweet read, "Not 7oday".

It's a famous quote from GOT which goes like this, "There is only one god, and His name is Death. And there is only one thing we say to Death: 'not today.'"
